摘  要:随着2019中国5G技术的全面商用,传统媒体、新兴媒体、智能媒体和以互联网(移动互联网)传播为技术主体的网站、电子邮件、短信、QQ、博客微博和微信等新型电信通讯媒体交织融合,构建起媒介融合向纵深发展的全媒体业态。在中国大力构建人类网络空间命运共同体的历史时刻,又适逢中国机构改革破拆横亘电信通信和广播电视“篱笆”的良好机遇,赋予5G时代电信通讯行业的媒体地位,问道与论道电信传播理论,将电信传播纳入大众传播理论体系,科学完善新闻传播演进进程图谱,摆正电信传播既有的“宣传地位”“喉舌地位”,是构创中国特色“新大众传播”的必经历程和未竟里程-是以中国为圆心推进创建全球网络空间命运共同体的必由之路,也是全媒体时代中国媒体管理制度创新的必然选择。As the 5G technology is massively put into commercial operation in China in 2019,the traditional media,new media,intelligent media and other new telecommunications media,such as websites based on the In ter net communication technology(mobile Internet),E-mail,SMS,QQ,micro-blogs and WeChat,are creating a development pattern of further fusion of all of the media formats.At a historic juncture when China is actively building a cyberspace community with a shared future for mankind and breaking the“fence”between the telecommunications and the radio and television industry through institutional reform,we should give the telecommunications industry a media status in the 5G era,explore the telecommunications theory add telecommunications to the mass communication theory system,scientifically improve the evolution process of news spread,uphold the telecommunications’existing status as"publicity organ" and"mouthpiece".This is the only journey China will need to take in order to construct the"new mass media"with Chinese characteristics,the only way for China to create a China-led global cyberspace community with a shared future for mankind,and also the inevitable choice for innovating the Chinese media management system in the all-media era.
