摘 要:目的探讨黄芪甲苷对家兔子宫内膜炎模型治疗效果。方法建立家兔子宫内膜炎模型,观察不同剂量黄芪甲苷对家兔血常规影响,对子宫内膜进行病理组织学检查,Western blot检测子宫内膜组织中CD40蛋白表达水平。结果与子宫内膜炎模型比较,黄芪甲苷处理后家兔单核细胞、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞总数均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理组织学观察结果显示,随着黄芪甲苷作用浓度的增加,子宫内膜组织中炎症细胞数量及浸润范围减小;黄芪甲苷能够有效下调家兔子宫内膜炎模型子宫内膜组织中CD40的蛋白表达。结论黄芪甲苷对模型子宫内膜炎有一定改善作用,作用机制可能与下调子宫内膜组织中CD40蛋白表达有关。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of astragaloside on intrauterine membrane inflammation model of rabbits.Methods Rabbits’ intrauterine membrane inflammation model were instructed,the effects of different doses of astragaloside on rabbit blood routine were observed,histopathological examination were carried out,and protein expression level of CD40 in the endometrial tissue were detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the intrauterine membrane inflammation model group,the total number of monocytes,neutrophils and lymphocytes were decreased after treated by astragaloside,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);histopathological Results showed that with the increase of concentration of astragaloside,the inflammatory cells quantity and infiltration radius in the endometrial tissue were reduced;in addition,astragaloside could lower the protein expression of CD40 in endometrial tissue of intrauterine membrane inflammation model of rabbits.Conclusion Astragaloside has a certain improvement effect on rabbit intrauterine membrane inflammation model,its mechanism may be related to the fact that it can lower protein expression of CD40 in endometrial tissue.
