摘　　要：介绍了海底管道用球阀的结构特点、工况要求和操作过程。分析了全焊接球阀、顶装式球阀、分体式2片式结构球阀和分体式3片式结构球阀的密封结构、密封件型式和潜在的泄漏点。讨论了考虑海底球阀内部压力和外部压力载荷的设计方法。The structural characteristics,working requirements and operation process of the ball valves for submarine pipelines are introduced.Seal structure,seal element type and potential leakage point of the fully welded ball valve;the top mounted ball valve,the two-piece split type ball valve;the threepiece split type ball valve are analyzed.The design method considering the internal pressure and external pressure load of submarine ball valve is discussed.
