基于优秀传统文化精髓培育大学生创业精神的价值挖掘及实现途径

摘　　要：当前,大学生的创业心态较为浮躁,缺乏有效的创业精神教育。因此要深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化精髓中的当代价值来加强创业精神的培养,如"天下为公、大同社会"的创业理想、"诚实守信、见利思义"的道德范式、"兴利除弊、革故鼎新"的创新意识、"贵和尚中、内圣外王"的人格品质。并通过以下途径来实现:加强"价值-大同社会-使命"相耦合的创业理想责任教育,营造"校园-见利思义-社会"相交融的创业文化导向氛围,完善"学科-革故鼎新-创业"相融合的创业精神培育体系,构建"榜样-内圣外王-内化"相交汇的创业精神激励模式。Due to lack of effective education for pioneering spirit,college students enterprising mentality is blundering at present. Therefore,the contemporary value about quintessence of chinese excellent traditional culture must thoroughly excavate to enhance pioneering spirit education. Such as,entrepreneurial ideal of "a world for all,utopian society",moral models of "being honest and believable,prefer benefits to justice",innovative consciousness of "initiate the useful and do away with the harmful,destroy the old and establish the new",personality quality of "love peace,internal saints and external kings ". It can be achieved through the way that enhance responsibility education of entrepreneurial ideal by coupling "value-a world for allmission",build oriented atmosphere of entrepreneurial culture by blending "campus-prefer benefits to justicesociety",perfect cultivation system of pioneering spirit by integrating "subject-destroy the old and establish the new-pioneering work",construct motivation model of pioneering spirit by intersecting "paragon-internal saints and external kings-internalization".
