摘 要:凿岩台车是矿山机械化开采的重要设备,钻臂液压系统工作性能优劣直接影响台车施工效率。通过对凿岩台车钻臂液压系统性能的测试,给出了凿岩机冲击、旋转及推进压力,获得了钻臂其他动作缸的压力参数,为优化钻臂液压系统参数设计,提升凿岩台车的作业性能,提高钻孔工作效率打下了坚实的基础。The drilling jumbo is an important equipment for mining mechanization, the working performance of the drilling arm hydraulic system directly affects the operation efficiency of the drilling jumbo. After testing for the performance of the drilling arm hydraulic system, the impact, rotation and propulsion pressure of the drilling jumbo were obtained, and the pressure of other action cylinders of the drilling arm were achieved also, which offered sound foundation for the parametric design of the drilling arm hydraulic system, enhancement of the working performance of the drilling jumbo and improvement of the drilling efficiency.
