摘 要:某铜冶炼渣浮选尾渣中含铁36.80%,铁主要铁橄榄石和磁铁矿的形式赋存,根据其矿石性质特点,以烟煤为还原剂,应用直接还原焙烧-磁选工艺回收铜尾渣中铁。试验结果表明:将铜尾渣与烟煤和作为助还原剂的CaO按100∶30∶20的质量比混合,在焙烧温度1 200℃,焙烧时间为60 min,磨矿细度为-0.045 mm含量占80%,磁场强度为127.32 kA/m的条件下,可获得铁品位为91.68%、铁回收率为82.24%的铁精矿。A kinds of copper tailings from smelting and flotation contained 36.80% iron which mainly existed in the form of olivine and magnetite. According to its features, the process flow of direct reduction roasting and then magnetic separation was applied to recover the iron from the copper tailings with bituminous coal as the reducing agent. The test results showed: the copper tailings, bituminous coal and assistant reducing agent CaO were mixed as 100∶30∶20 in mass. The mixture whose grinding fineness was-0.045 mm particles accounting for 80% was roasted at 1 200 ℃ for 60 min at the magnetic intensity of 127.32 kA/m, the iron concentrate with the iron grade of 91.68% and recovery of 82.24% was obtained.
