摘 要:在地温预热防冻井工程中,经过地下恒温层预热后的风流需要分风,其中一部分反吹竖井井口防冻井。将变温带岩层等效视为一个具有平均温度的整体,参照恒温层预热风流的分析方法分析上升风流与变温带岩层换热过程,导出反吹井口分风参数计算模型。基于柯恩达效应原理设计分风导流装置结构。工程应用表明:分风导流技术应用于地温预热风流反吹井口防冻井,具有较好的防冻井效果,还能有效提高井下作业区域的新风供给量。In the project of ground temperature preheating anti-freezing well,the air flow after underground thermostat preheating needs to be diverted,and some of them blow back to the shaft head anti-freezing well.The equivalent of a variable temperate rock is regarded as a whole with an average temperature.According to the analysis method of the preheated air flow in the constant temperature rock stratum,the heat transfer process of the rising wind and the va-riable temperate rock stratum are analyzed,and the calculation model of the air diversion parameters of reverse blow to the wellhead is derived.Design of the structure of the air diversion and guidance device is based on the Coanda effect principle.The engineering application shows that the technique of diverting and guiding the wind flow is applied to preheat the air flow with the ground temperature to reversely blow the shaft head of anti-freezing well,which has better anti-freezing effect and can effectively increase the fresh air supply to the underground operation area.
