上向水平分层干式充填采矿法在黑岚沟金矿的应用

摘　　要：针对黑岚沟金矿采用浅孔留矿采矿法开采急倾斜薄矿体时存在的资源回收困难,采矿效率低,采场经济技术指标不理想等问题,开展了上向水平分层干式充填采矿法试验研究。详细介绍了该方法的采场结构参数、采准切割工程及回采工艺过程。现场试验应用效果良好,采场生产能力达到55 t/d,采矿损失率为8%,矿石贫化率为9%,技术经济指标得到显著提升,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。The resources are difficult to recover,the mining efficiency is poor and the stope economic and technical indexes are not satisfactory when the short-hole shrinkage mining method is used to extract the steeply inclined thin ore bodies in Heilangou Gold Mine.So the experimental study on upward horizontal slicing dry filling mining method is carried out.The paper in detail introduced the stope structure parameters,cutting preparation engineering and extraction process of the method.Field test showed good application effect.The stope production capacity reaches 55 t/d,mining loss rate is 8%,ore dilution rate is 9%,technical and economic indexes are evidently improved.The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
