摘　　要：HP4圆锥破碎机是美卓矿机新一代高性能圆锥破碎机系列产品之一,具有更自动化、智能化的控制能力。针对宏达矿业公司在长期使用HP4圆锥破碎机破碎矿石时存在的问题,进行了技术改造。详细介绍了HP4圆锥破碎机的工作原理及特点。通过增加锁紧行程,制作新的锁紧导向套改善了锁紧油囊频繁损坏的问题;现场对氮气压力值进行调整,解决了过铁释放系统频繁动作的问题;针对原厂备件价格昂贵的问题,通过分析设备的结构原理等,自主研制了水冷却器、分料器等备件,使得备件国产化,大大减少了更换备件的费用。现场应用结果表明:采用改造技术后,提高了设备的维检质量,保障了设备运行效率,而且节约了成本,可为同类型工况企业设备提供技术参考。HP4 cone crusher is one of the Metso s new generation of high-performance cone crusher series pro-ducts with automatic and intelligent control ability.In light of the problems due to the long-term ore crushing operation of HP4 cone crushers in Hongda Mining Company,technical renovation is carried out.The working principles and characteristics of HP4 cone crushers are introduced in detail.By the introduction of locking procedure,the preparation of new locking guidance sleeve prevents the frequent downtime of locking oil bladder;onsite adjustment of nitrogen pressure solves the frequent motion of iron release system;to solve the problem of the expensive original spares,the equipment structures and working principles were analyzed and the water cooler and feed diverter were developed independently,making the spares localized and greatly reducing the expense changing spares.Field application shows that after technical renovation,the maintenance quality is improved,the equipment operational efficiency is guaranteed and the cost is saved.The study can be used as technical reference by enterprises with similar operation situations.
