摘　　要：针对山东某金矿高硫低品位金矿石性质,进行了浮选试验研究,考察了磨矿细度、调整剂、捕收剂等对金浮选指标的影响。结果表明:采用新型捕收剂HB-330,以及在获得的其他最佳条件下,小型试验及生产应用均可获得相对较好的浮选指标,生产应用中金回收率由94.65%提高到95.83%,提高了1.18百分点。为选矿厂药剂制度优化,提高浮选指标提供依据。Experimental study on the flotation of a low grade gold ore with high sulfur content from a gold mine in Shandong is carried out according to the ore property.It studied the influence of grinding fineness,regulator,collector on gold flotation index.The results show that with the application of new type collector HB-330 under the optimal conditions,small scale test and production practice both can achieve satisfactory flotation index;in production practice,the gold recovery rate is increased from 94.65%to 95.83%by 1.18 percentage.The study provided reference for ore-dressing plants to optimize reagent regime and improve flotation index.
