摘  要:生物法通过好氧氨化、好氧硝化和缺氧反硝化3个阶段可将硫氰酸盐降解为氮气、二氧化碳和硫酸盐,实现废水中硫氰酸盐的有效去除。某氰化浸金厂采用Anoxic/Oxic生物法处理硫氰酸盐废水,连续6个月工业应用数据统计结果显示:硫氰酸盐平均进水质量浓度2067 mg/L,处理后降至0.56 mg/L,去除率达到99.96%,且同时去除了CN^-、COD及氨氮等。该工艺运行稳定、成本低、效率高、无二次污染,在硫氰酸盐工业废水处理领域具有很大的应用空间。In biological method,the thiocyanate in wastewater is degraded to ammonia gas,carbon dioxide and sulphate through 3 phases,oxygen-rich ammonia,oxygen-rich nitrification and oxygen-deficient denitrification,respectively.The thiocyanate wastewater of gold cyanidation leaching plant is treated by Anoxic/Oxic biological treatment process.The statistical data from 6 consecutive months industrial application show that the average influent mass concentration is 2067 mg/L and reduced to 0.56 mg/L after treatment,the removal rate reached 99.96%,and at the same time CN^-,COD and ammonia nitrogen were removed.The operation of this process is stable,the cost is low,the efficiency is high and there is no secondary pollution.The process has promising application potentials in thiocyanate industrial wastewater treatment.
