摘  要:建立了以王水溶解、聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附、硫脲溶液解吸,火焰原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中痕量金的方法,并对实验参数进行了考察,确定了最佳条件,即溶样时间、振荡时间、解吸时间分别为60min、60min和20min。该方法的检出限为0.15ng/g,测定结果的准确度为0.11%~1.67%,精密度为4.37%~8.41%,准确度和精密度良好,满足DZ/T0145—2017《土壤地球化学测量规程》要求。The method that dissolves the samples with aqua regia,adsorbs with polyurethane foaming plastic and elutes with thioreau and finally determies the trace gold in chemical prospecting sample by fire atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established,the experimental parameters were investigated,and the optimal test conditions were decided where the sample dissolution time,oscillation time and desorption time are 60 min,60 min and 20 min respectively.The detection limit is 0.15 ng/g,the accuracy of the determination results is 0.11%-1.67%,the precision is 4.37%-8.41%,the accuracy and precision are both good,meeting the requirement of DZ/T 0145—2017 Code of Soil Geochemical Survey.
