摘  要:3D打印(即增材制造)与传统产业的相互融合,已经成为3D打印技术发展的重要方向。目前能实现铸造砂型3D打印的技术主要有两种,分别为选择性激光烧结技术(Selective Laser Sintering,SLS)和三维打印技术(Three Dimensional Printing,3DP)。本文对两种铸造砂型打印技术的特点进行了对比和分析,认为采用激光烧结工艺的SLS成型质量更好,适用于少量产品的高精度制作;而采用粉末粘结工艺的3DP打印速度更快,适用于小批量产品的加工生产。The combination of 3D Printing Technology(Additive Manufacturing)and traditional industries become an important direction for the development of 3D Printing Technology.Now,there has two main types of 3D Printing Technology to manufacture the sand casting mold,namely Selective Laser Sintering(SLS)and Three Dimensional Printing(3DP).This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of two kinds of sand casting mold printing technology,and concludes that the SLS process which molding with laser sintering technology has better quality,and it is suitable for high-precision production of several products.But the 3DP process which molding with powder bonding technology has faster printing speed,and it is suitable for small batch production.
