摘  要:刚果(金)某低品位矿石具有铜钴赋存状态复杂、易浮脉石含量高的特点,3%的铜以孔雀石、褐铁矿中铜的形式存在,23%的钴以白云石、菱钴矿、水钴矿、绿泥石中钴的形式存在,这些铜、钴较难在硫化物浮选的流程中得到回收。在矿石性质研究和条件试验的基础上,试验研究确定的最佳选矿工艺流程为"一次粗选两次扫选三次精选-粗精矿再磨+二次精扫选",原矿含铜0.33%、钴0.35%,获得铜品位20.12%、钴品位16.51%,铜回收率90.06%、钴回收率70.12%的浮选精矿。A low-grade ore of D.R.C has the characteristics of complex copper and cobalt and high content of easily floatable gangue,with 3% of copper existing in the form of copper in malachite and limonite,and 23% of cobalt in the form of cobalt in rhombohedral,hydrocobalt,and chlorite,which are more difficult to recover in the process of sulfide flotation.Based on the study of ore properties and conditional tests,the best beneficiation process determined in this experimental study is "single-stage roughing,two-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning,with coarse concentrate re-grinding+secondary fine sweeping".With 0.33% Copper and 0.35% Cobalt in raw ore,flotation concentrate is obtained with copper grade 20.12%,cobalt grade 16.51%,copper recovery rate of 90.06% and cobalt recovery rate of 70.12%.
