摘  要:为了筛选出抗涝能力较强的花椒品种,并为其在不同立地条件的种植和推广提供理论依据,采用盆栽试验方法,模拟持续水涝环境,选用‘大红袍’‘朝仓’‘狮子头’‘无刺大红袍’和‘少刺大红袍’5个花椒品种作为供试材料,对其进行不同时间的水涝胁迫处理,然后采用室内分析方法对水涝胁迫下的花椒根系特征、保护酶活性和渗调物质含量进行了测定,同时采用隶属函数法对5个花椒品种的抗氧化能力进行了评价。结果表明:‘朝仓’和‘大红袍’的可溶蛋白含量分别为95.6和112.5 mg·g-1,均显著高于其他3个品种,处理8 d时其可溶性蛋白含量为其他品种的2~5倍;‘朝仓’的丙二醛含量最低,为29.7μmol·g-1;渗透调节能力较强的‘朝仓’和‘大红袍’其抗涝性也都较强。以隶属函数法评价的结果表明,水涝胁迫处理后,5个花椒品种的抗氧化能力强弱表现为:‘朝仓’的抗氧化能力最强,其次依次是‘大红袍’‘无刺大红袍’和‘少刺大红袍’,而‘狮子头’的抗氧化能力最弱。In order to select some Zanthoxylum bungeanum cultivars with strong waterlogging resistance,and to provide some theoretical bases for its planting and popularization in different site conditions,using five Z.bungeanum cultivars as test materials,continuous waterlogging environment was simulated by using pot test method,including‘Dahongpao’,‘Zhaocang’,‘Shizitou’,‘Wuci Dahongpao’and‘Shaoci Dahongpao’.Waterlogging stress adopted different duration treatments,root characteristics,protective enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substances contents were determined by using analysis method in lab,and antioxidant capacity of five Z.bungeanum cultivars was evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that soluble protein contents of‘Zhaocang’(95.6 mg·g-1)and‘Dahongpao’(112.5 mg·g-1)were significantly higher than that of the other three cultivars.On the 8th day,soluble protein contents in‘Zhaocang’and‘Dahongpao’were 2-5 times of that of the other cultivars.MDA content in‘Zhaocang’was the lowest(29.7μmol·g-1).‘Zhaocang’and‘Dahongpao’with better osmotic adjustment capacity had stronger waterlogging resistance.The results of membership function evaluation indicated that,in five Z.bungeanum cultivars,‘Zhaocang’had the strongest antioxidant capacity,followed by‘Dahongpao’,‘Wuci Dahongpao’,‘Shaoci Dahongpao’,and‘Shizitou’had the weakest antioxidant capacity.
