成都房契与成都城市文化的近代化

摘　　要：成都市房产信息档案馆馆藏的几十万份房地契档案和附件,为揭示清代以来成都城市文化面貌提供了基础材料。房契反映出成都城市传统社会关系、人文风貌等。及至民国时期,房契为近代以来成都房地产管理的制度文化、城市建筑文化及其城市生活形态的近代化,以及近代成都城市多元文化特征的生发提供了诸多可资研究的信息,进一步证明了成都城市文化在近代处于新旧文化交替、不断更新迭代的过程中,并为现代成都城市文化的形成奠定了基础。Hundreds of thousands of title deeds and attachments collected in Chengdu Real Estate Information Archive are solid materials to reveal the urban culture of Chengdu from the Qing Dynasty.Title deeds can reflect traditional social relations and appearance in Chengdu.Tons of information contained in the Republic of China’s title deeds are reliable resources to investigate the real estate management system,urban architecture and modernization of urban lifestyle in Chengdu.They further prove that Chengdu was constantly upgrading the urban culture,which lay a foundation for the formation of modern urban culture.
