摘 要:新中国70年来乡村文化建设在不断摸索中前进并呈现出这样一些特点:文化建设的主体性问题日益彰显。乡村不再被视为国家意识形态改造的对象,乡村的文化价值日益显现。文化建设的边界不断融合:乡村文化建设和社会建设呈现出互嵌融合趋势。文化建设的模式不断拓展:从单一的宣教模式到公共文化服务模式的并行。与此同时乡村文化建设也出现了文化建设理念与乡村社会变迁不相适应,公共文化服务体系活力不足,农民的文化主体性不足等诸多问题。未来乡村文化建设的理念将进一步拓展,深化文化管理体制改革,构建政府主导、社会主办、农民主体的文化治理机制,通过文化治理机制的创新更好保障文化领导权的实现。The rural cultural construction in 70 years since the founding of new China proceeds by trial and error,and presents such features as the subjectivity of cultural construction becoming increasingly remarkable.The rural areas are no longer deemed as the object of national ideology transformation and their cultural value becomes apparent.The boundary of cultural construction is constantly merging,i.e.,the rural cultural construction and the social construction present the trend of mutual embedment.The pattern of cultural construction is constantly expanding,i.e.,from single propaganda and education pattern to paralleled public culture service pattern.Meanwhile,many problems exist in rural cultural construction,such as disharmony between cultural construction concept and rural social change,lack of vitality in the public culture service system and deficiency in peasants’cultural subjectivity.The concept of rural cultural construction should be further extended in future so as to deepen the reform of cultural management system,build a cultural governance mechanism with the government as the dominator,the society as the organizer and the peasants as the subject,and better guarantee the realization of cultural leadership by innovation of the cultural governance mechanism.
