陕西省烟农低碳生产意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：以计划行为理论为基础,利用调研所获取的陕西省烟草农业393个分散农户数据,通过构建二元Logistic回归模型实证分析了农户低碳生产意愿的影响因素。结果表明:烟农住址距乡镇距离对其低碳生产意愿呈负向显著影响,烟农对施用化肥、农药、农膜污染的认知对低碳生产意愿呈正向显著影响,农技员和示范户对低碳生产的态度对其低碳生产意愿呈正向显著影响,烟农对政策补贴的满意程度和低碳行为保护环境的感知对其低碳生产意愿呈正向显著影响。因此,提高烟农对绿色环保行为的认知水平、促进低碳技术的良好示范与推广以及低碳政策的有效落实与引导将有助于烟农更积极地选择参与低碳生产。Based on the theory of planned behavior, by using the data of 393 scattered peasant households of tobacco agriculture in Shaanxi Province obtained from the survey, this paper empirically analyzed the influencing factors of peasant households’ willingness to low-carbon production by building a binary Logistic regression model. The results showed that: the distance between the tobacco farmers’ address and the township has a significant negative impact on their willingness to low-carbon production;the cognition of the application of chemical fertilizer, pesticides and agricultural film pollution has a significant positive impact on their willingness to low-carbon production;the attitude of farmers and demonstration households towards low-carbon production has positive and significant effect on their willingness to low-carbon production;the satisfaction degree of policy subsidies and the perception of low-carbon behavior to protect the environment have a significant positive impact on their willingness to low-carbon production. Therefore, improving tobacco farmers’ awareness of green behavior, promoting good demonstration and promotion of low-carbon technology and guidance of low-carbon policies will help tobacco farmers more actively choose to participate in low-carbon production.
