摘　　要：基于长江经济带1998-2016年的面板数据,运用动态面板系统GMM估计方法,实证检验了城乡劳动力市场一体化对农村贫困率和可持续减贫效率的影响。结果证实:(1)基于单一工资率计算的城乡劳动力市场分割指数不断下降,这意味着长江经济带城乡劳动力市场一体化水平在波动中不断提升,与此对应的是农村贫困率不断下降与OECD绿色发展框架下可持续减贫效率不断提升;(2)城乡劳动力市场一体化在显著降低农村贫困水平的同时,还有助于提高OECD绿色发展框架下可持续减贫效率,具有制度的稳定性与可持续性;(3)城乡劳动力市场一体化通过降低城乡收入差距这一中间路径减少了农村贫困发生率,提高了可持续减贫效率,但城乡劳动力市场一体化对农村劳动力生产率这一中间路径的作用不显著。Based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 1998 to 2016, the paper uses the dynamic panel system GMM estimation method to empirically test the impact of urban and rural labor market integration on rural poverty rate and sustainable poverty reduction efficiency. The results confirm that:(1) the urban and rural labor market segmentation index based on the single wage rate is declining, which means that the level of urban-rural integration in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is increasing volatility, which corresponds to the continuous decline of rural poverty rate and the OECD green development framework. Continuous poverty reduction efficiency continues to increase.(2) The integration of urban and rural labor markets, while significantly reducing the level of rural poverty, will also help to improve the efficiency of sustainable poverty reduction under the OECD green development framework, with institutional stability and sustainability.(3) The integration of urban and rural labor market reduces the incidence of rural poverty and improves the efficiency of sustainable poverty reduction by reducing the urban-rural income gap. However, the integration of urban and rural labor market has no significant effect on the intermediate path of rural labor productivity.
