摘  要:目的优选并规范九节菖蒲净制工艺,建立饮片质量标准。方法以产率、水分、灰分和浸出物为指标优选净选、净洗和干燥方式,对九节菖蒲饮片进行显微鉴别、薄层鉴别,检查水分、灰分和浸出物,采用高效液相色谱法测定指标性成分异阿魏酸含量。结果净制工艺为:取九节菖蒲原药材,拣选除去杂质,抢水洗净,干燥;质量标准为:水分不得高于13%,灰分不得高于3%,醇溶性浸出物不得低于9%。结论优选的净制工艺简单、易行,适用于工业化生产,对规范九节菖蒲的净制工艺具有重要意义;质量标准简便、可行,能有效控制九节菖蒲饮片质量。Objective To optimize the purification process of Rhizoma Anemones Altaicae and establish the quality standard of its slices.Methods The yield, moisture, ash and extract were used as the indexes to optimize the methods of purification. The slices were identified by microscopy and TLC, moisture, ash and extract were examined, and the content of isoferulic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results The purification process is as follows: crude drugs are screened, washed with rush water and dried immediately;the quality standard is that water content≤13%, ash content≤3%, alcohol-soluble extract≥9%.Conclusion The optimum purification process and the quality standard is simple and feasible, which is suitable for industrial production.
