摘　　要：美国心脏协会于2019年11月发表《2019美国心脏协会心肺复苏和心血管急救指南-成人基本/高级生命支持和院前急救》。该指南由数百名国际复苏科学家组成的专家工作组,采用国际复苏联络委员会的持续证据评估流程,对新产生的临床循证证据进行审查、评估和讨论,形成指南更新指导心脏骤停急救工作。该指南对成人心肺复苏中的急救生命链(调度员指导的心肺复苏、心脏骤停中心的建设)、高级生命支持(高级气道建立、缩血管药物使用、体外心肺复苏),以及先兆晕厥的院前处置提出更新建议。该文通过查阅文献、与既往指南推荐内容进行对比,就此指南的更新要点进行解读。American Heart Association updated the guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and emergency cardiovascular care in November 2019. This focused update incorporates the systematic review conducted by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation, an expert group consisting of hundreds of international resuscitation scientists, to identify the new evidence supporting the basic and advanced life support and first aid in emergency medical care. This focused update involves the life chain of CPR(dispatcher-assisted CPR and cardiac arrest centers), advanced cardiovascular life support(advanced airways, vasopressors, and extracorporeal CPR), and first aid for presyncope. This present review aims to interpret these updates by reviewing the literature and comparing the recommendations in this update with previous guidelines.
