摘　　要：[目的]探讨张锡纯阐发中医藏象理论的成就和特色。[方法]从中医文献整理和研究的角度,对张锡纯所著《医学衷中参西录》中阐发中医藏象理论的观点和论述进行系统分析,归纳和总结其阐发中医藏象理论所取得的学术成就和特色。[结果]张锡纯精研经典,传承经旨,完善了中医藏象理论。在运用中医藏象理论方面,张锡纯不拘成见,勇于创新。在探索中医理论和临床经验过程中,张锡纯一贯主张"中西汇通",此学术主张在其阐发中医藏象理论方面得以充分展示。张锡纯在阐发中医藏象理论时,认为贵有实据,注重结合"临证之实验"加以佐证。[结论]张锡纯阐发中医藏象理论,注重传承,勇于创新,成就显著,特色鲜明,对中医藏象理论的继承和发展具有重要的影响。[Objective]To explore the achievements and characteristics of ZHANG Xichun’s exposition of the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]The views and discussions of exposition of the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine in"Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination"written by ZHANG Xichun were systematically analyzed from the angle of collation and research of TCM literature,and ZHANG’s academic achievements and features in expositing the visceral manifestation theory were induced and summarized,.[Results]In expositing the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine,ZHANG Xichun studied classics of traditional Chinese medicine intensively,inherited and spread the knowledge of classics,and perfected the visceral manifestation theory.In utilizing the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine,ZHANG Xichun wasn’t constrained from the known theories and focused on innovation.ZHANG Xichun always advocated the convergence of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in analyzing theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical experience,the above-mentioned academic viewpoint was reflected fully in expositing the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine.ZHANG Xichun considered that substantial evidence was important,therefore,he paid attention to clinical practice in exposition of the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine.[Conclusion]ZHANG Xichun paid attention to inheritance and spread,was good at interpreting unknown theory in exposition of the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The achievements of ZHANG Xichun’s exposition of the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine were obvious,had distinct characteristics and exerted important influences on inheriting and developing the visceral manifestation theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
