摘 要:阀门泄漏尤其是内漏是影响管路阀门系统正常运行的一个重要因素。在分析阀门内漏的声发射检测工作原理的基础上,从理论研究、数值模拟、实验研究、信号处理及分析和工业产品等方面对国内外阀门内漏声发射检测技术的研究现状及进展进行综述。研究发现,目前还存在单一检测手段缺少有效性、阀门内漏机理研究不够、智能决策和辅助不足等问题,因此下一步应综合采用多种泄漏检测手段,并深入了解阀门内漏的水动力学和声学机理,利用先进信号处理手段研制智能化、简单易读的检测仪器。这对于管路阀门内漏检测技术的发展、阀门故障的预先维修具有重要的参考意义。Considering the valve leakages,internal leakage is a significant factor affecting the normal operation of pipeline systems.Firstly,the working principle of acoustic emission detection of valve internal leakage is analyzed,and then the research status and progress of acoustic emission detection technology for internal leakage of valves at home and abroad are reviewed in the paper.These reviews are accomplished by considering the aspects of numerical simulation,experimental research,signal processing and analysis,and industrial production.It is found that there are several existing problems,such as lack of effectiveness of single detection means,insufficient research on valve internal leakage mechanism,insufficient intelligent decision-making and insufficient assistance,etc.Therefore,multiple leakage detection methods should be adopted in the subsequent steps.In addition,the mechanism of hydrodynamics and acoustics of valve internal leakage should be deeply realized,and intelligent and easy-to-read testing instruments should be developed by means of advanced signal processing technology.This paper has important reference significance for the development of pipeline valve internal leakage detection technologies and the pre-maintenance of valve failures.
