双锁定钢板内固定术对成人肱骨髁间骨折患者生活质量及并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究双锁定钢板内固定术治疗成人肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法70例成人肱骨髁间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各35例。研究组采用双锁定钢板内固定术治疗,对照组采用常规内固定手术治疗。比较两组临床指标、生活质量评分与并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、骨折愈合时间与住院时间分别为(114.38±27.15)h、(6.43±1.52)d、(15.23±1.76)d,均短于对照组的(127.68±27.36)h、(7.68±0.51)d、(17.82±2.03)d,生活质量评分(68.34±5.72)分高于对照组的(55.36±4.15)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率11.43%(4/35)低于对照组的31.43%(11/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对成人肱骨髁间骨折患者采用双锁定钢板内固定术治疗能缩短其手术时间、骨折愈合时间与住院时间,促进患者肢体功能早期恢复,避免发生感染、钢板松动或切口皮肤坏死等并发症,改善预后效果,值得借鉴。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with double locking plate on the quality of life and complications of adult patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus.Methods A total of 70 adult patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus as study subjects were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The research group was treated with internal fixation with double locking plate,and the control group was treated with conventional internal fixation.The clinical indicators,quality of life score and occurrence of complications in the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time were(114.38±27.15)h,(6.43±1.52)d and(15.23±1.76)d,which were all shorter than(127.68±27.36)h,(7.68±0.51)d and(17.82±2.03)d in the control group,and the quality of life score(68.34±5.72)points was higher than(55.36±4.15)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 11.43%(4/35)in the research group was lower than 31.43%(11/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For adult patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus,internal fixation with double locking plate can shorten the operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time,promote the early recovery of limb function,avoid complications such as infection,plate loosening or incision skin necrosis,and improve the prognosis effect.It is worthy of reference.
