摘 要:目的研究微课在中西医结合本科生手术学教学中的应用效果。方法选取大连医科大学2015级中西医结合专业本科学生60名为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组30名学生。在进行外科手术学教学时,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组在此基础上采用微课教学模式。比较两组教学模式的教学效果。结果经过观察两组教学效果,研究组的考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的自主学习能力、学习兴趣、知识扩展度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且教学满意度为83.33%,明显高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课应用于中西医结合本科生外科手术学的教学中,不仅可以提高学习成绩,还可以激发学生的学习兴趣,增强自主学习能力,同时学生的教学满意度较高,值得在外科手术学教学中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-course in surgery teaching for undergraduates of integrated traditional medicine and western medicine.Method 60 undergraduate students of integrated traditional medicine and western medicine major in Dalian Medical University in 2015 were selected.These students were divided into control group and research group according to random number method,30 students in each group.In the surgical teaching,the traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group and the micro-teaching mode was adopted in the research group.The teaching effects of the two teaching modes were compared.Result After observing the teaching effect of the two groups,the examination results of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The autonomous learning ability,learning interest and knowledge expansion of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 56.67% of the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-course in surgical teaching for undergraduates of integrated traditional medicine and western medicine can not only improve their academic performance,but also stimulate interest in learning and enhance autonomous learning ability,at the same time,teaching satisfaction is relatively higher.Thereby,micro-course is worthy of promotion in surgical teaching.
