摘 要:目的了解通辽市牧区蒙古族居民布病知识知晓及行为习惯。方法采用随机抽样方法,在通辽市3个牧区旗县中共选取研究对象1 470人,采用构成比、率及卡方检验统计学方法进行分析。结果调查研究对象中患布病人数为48人,患病率为3.27%;不同旗县、性别、知识知晓程度及行为习惯正确程度间与患病差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.431,χ^2=5.530,χ^2=27.087,χ^2=23.618;P<0.05);不同地区、年龄、文化程度、职业间与知晓率最高条目差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.682,χ^2=23.715,χ^2=35.798,χ^2=13.879;P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业间与知晓率最低条目差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.972,χ^2=5.872,χ^2=12.062,χ^2=9.772;P<0.05);不同年龄、文化程度、职业间与接触率最高条目差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.316,χ^2=16.766,χ^2=26.950;P<0.05);不同地区、年龄、文化程度、职业间与防护率最高条目差异有统计学意义(χ^2=30.817,χ^2=57.984,χ^2=39.501,χ^2=79.572;P<0.05);不同性别、职业间与防护率最低条目差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.243,χ^2=13.975;P<0.05)。结论通辽市居民对布病知晓情况整体较差,人群布病防护意识薄弱。Objective To understand the knowledge and awareness of residents in the habit of brucellosis distribution among Mongolian residents in pastoral areas of tongliao. Methods A total of 1 470 subjects were selected from three pastoral areas in tongliao by random sampling method, and the constituent ratio, rate and chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results The number of patients with cloth in the study was 48, and the prevalence rate was 3.27%. There were statistically significant differences between the different counties, genders, knowledge and behavioral habits, and the differences in the disease(χ^2=18.431, χ^2=5.530, χ^2=27.087, χ^2=23.618;P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences among different regions, age, education level, occupation and the highest awareness rate(χ^2=6.682, χ^2=23.715, χ^2=35.798, χ^2=13.879;P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in gender, age, education level, occupation and the lowest awareness rate(χ^2=13.972, χ^2=5.872, χ^2=12.062, χ^2=9.772;P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences among different ages, education levels, occupations and the highest exposure rate(χ^2=7.316, χ^2=16.766, χ^2=26.950;P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences among different regions, age, education level, occupation and the highest protection rate(χ^2=30.817, χ^2=57.984,χ^2=39.501, χ^2=79.572;P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences among different genders, occupations and items with the lowest protection rate(χ^2=4.243, χ^2=13.975;P <0.05). Conclusion Tongliao residents’ awareness of brucellosis is generally poor, and people’s awareness of brucellosis protection is weak..
