摘　　要：在当代社会发展进程中,电力企业是为社会生产提供电力能源的基础型产业,为推动社会生产力进步发挥着至关重要的作用。基于智能电网环境下,当代电力公司必须要通过优质服务来获取用户的信任,才能逐渐推进企业的良性发展。文章从智能电网环境下电力公司的服务内容进行概述,结合相关服务原则,进而对其评价体系作出深入探讨。In the process of contemporary social development,electric power enterprises are the basic industries that provide electric energy for social production,and play a vital role in promoting the progress of social productive forces.Based on the smart grid environment,contemporary power companies must obtain the trust of users through high-quality services in order to gradually promote the healthy development of enterprises.This paper summarizes the service content of the power company in the smart grid environment,combined with the relevant service principles,and then makes an in-depth discussion on its evaluation system.
