光电复合海缆在线监测系统数据发布系统设计

摘　　要：随着信息技术和计算机网络技术的不断发展,海上采油平台、海上风电场等重大海上工程项目不断地被投入到建设和应用中,海缆的安全监测日趋重要。针对光电复合海缆在线监测系统中采集到的不同数据信息,基于IEC60870-5-104规约提出一套适用的数据发布系统方案,通过不同的传输方式将相应的数据准确、高效地传输至目的地,同时针对文件传输关键技术着重进行分析探讨,实验证明该设计方案符合应用需求。With the continuous development of information technology and computer network technology,major offshore engineering projects such as offshore oil platforms and offshore wind farms have been continuously invested in construction and application,and the safety monitoring of submarine cables has become increasingly important.According to the different data information collected in the submarine cable online monitoring system,this paper proposes a set of applicable data distribution system scheme based on IEC60870-5-104 protocol,and trans mits the corresponding data to the destination accurately and efficiently through different transmission methods.At the same time,focusing on the key technologies of file transfer,the experiment proves that the design meets the application requirements.
