摘　　要：采用个案研究和问卷调查相结合的方法,对国内37所“985”高校图书馆微信公众号的用户需求(信息需求、互动需求、功能需求)进行了评价分析,发现资源发现、权益查询、电子阅读等方面的用户需求得分高、权重大,为建设和完善微信公众号以提高其服务水平和服务质量提供了参考依据。By using the method of combining the case study and questionnaire survey,this paper carries on the evaluation&analysis on the user demands(information demands,interaction demands,function demands)of 37"985 Project"university libraries’WeChat public accounts,finding out that the user demands in resource discovery,rights and interests inquiry,and electronic reading,etc.get high scores and great weight,which provides the reference for establishing and perfecting WeChat public accounts to improve their service level and quality.
