摘　　要：以《科学引文索引》(SCI)和《工程索引》(EI)为数据统计源,从论文区间分布、机构分布、高产作者分布、高被引论文、学科分布等方面对2016年收录的山西省科技论文进行统计分析,客观地反映了科研人员的学术水平及影响力,以便为山西省科技管理工作及政府制定科技决策提供参考依据。Taking SCI and EI as data sources,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the sci-tech papers collected in 2016 in Shanxi Province from the aspects of paper interval distribution,organization distribution,high-yield author distribution,high cited papers,discipline distribution,etc.,so as to objectively reflect the academic level and influence of researchers,to provide a reference for the management of science and technology in Shanxi Province and the decision-making of science and technology by the government.
