摘 要:采用NB/SH/T 0811方法对4种低黏度油品进行氧化安定性评定,并运用SH/T 0725方法对油品碳型组成进行分析,探究碳型组成对油品氧化安定性的影响。结果表明:油品中正构烷烃含量高有利于提高其氧化安定性;油品中异构烷烃或环烷烃含量越高,越易氧化生成酸性物质;油品中芳烃含量越高,越易氧化产生沉淀物;且油品中芳烃、环烷烃含量越高,越有利于油泥的溶解性能。为提高氧化实验效率,改进NB/SH/T 0811方法的氧化时间和催化剂等氧化条件,探究氧化条件改变对氧化安定性评定结果的影响。结果表明:改变氧化条件不会从根本上改变油品的氧化安定性评定结果,但不同的催化剂可能对某一评定指标产生特殊影响。The oxidation stability of four low-viscosity oils was evaluated by NB/SH/T 0811 method.The carbon composition of the oils was analyzed by SH/T 0725 method,and the effect of carbon composition on the oxidation stability of the oils was explored.The results show that the higher the content of n-paraffin,the better the oxidation stability of the oils.The higher the content of isoparaffin or naphthenic hydrocarbon,the easier the oil is oxidized to produce acidic substances.The higher the content of aromatic hydrocarbon,the easier the oil is oxidized to produce deposit.The higher the content of naphthenic hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon,the better the solubility of oil to sludge.In order to improve the efficiency of oxidation experiment,the oxidation conditions of NB/SH/T 0811 method,such as oxidation time and catalyst were improved,and the influence of the change of oxidation conditions on the evaluation results of oxidation stability was explored.The results show that the change of oxidation conditions will not fundamentally change the evaluation results of oxidation stability of the oils,but different catalysts may have a special impact on a certain evaluation index.
