摘 要:针对油水井发生异常工况时,存在致人伤亡风险的问题,依托油气生产指挥系统,深化数据规律分析与应用,建立了四化预警平台,及时发现杆断、电泵停井、注水井套漏等异常工况,并采取有效措施控制风险,不仅大幅提升了现场安全管理水平,更提升了油水井生产效益。Abnormal working condition at the oil-water wall sometimes led to casualties.To solve this problem,a“four digitization early warning platform”was established based on the production command system,which deepened the analysis and application of data rules.The platform could detect abnormal working conditions such as rod break,pump shutdown and casing leakage in water injection wells in time,and effectivelytake measureto control the risk,which did not only significantlyimprove the safety management level on site,but also the production efficiency of oil and water wells.
