摘 要:研究了氯代烃与发烟硫酸反应的可能性,证实了当温度大于55℃时,四氯化碳和发烟硫酸在常压下可以反应生成光气;常压下,当温度大于15℃时,发烟硫酸和三氯甲烷可以反应生成光气;二氯甲烷在常压,温度小于60℃条件下不与发烟硫酸反应生成光气。针对氯代烃与发烟硫酸反应危险特性,提出了在发烟硫酸可能接触氯代烃时发生泄漏的应急处理措施。The possibility of reaction between chlorinated hydrocarbon and fuming sulfuric acid was studied.It was proved that when the temperature was greater than 55℃,carbon tetrachloride and fuming sulfuric acid could react to produce phosgene at atmospheric pressure.When the temperature was greater than 15℃,fuming sulfuric acid and trichloromethane reacted to produce phosgene.Dichloromethane did not react with fuming sulfuric acid to produce phosgene at atmospheric pressure and temperature lower than 60℃.In view of the risk characteristics of chlorinated hydrocarbon and fuming sulfuric acid,emergency measures for leakage occurred when fuming sulfuric acid contacted with chlorinated hydrocarbon was proposed.
