摘 要:在横置激活实验基础上,分析了锌银一次电池横置激活漏电程度的影响因素,从漏电产生机理的角度分析了电池组漏电过程的电化学反应特点与电流分布特点。提出了注液支管细长设计、正负极柱表面钝化处理等消减漏电电流和极柱反应的根本措施,实验结果验证了负极柱表面涂覆绝缘胶的钝化处理方式可以降低漏电反应程度的有效性。Based on the experiments of the horizontal activation, the factors influencing the leakage degree of Zn-AgO reserve batteries were analyzed. The characteristics of electrochemical reaction and current distribution in the leakage process of the monomer battery pack were analyzed from the point of view of leakage mechanism. The basic measures to reduce leakage current and pole reaction, such as slender design of injection branch pipe,passivation treatment of positive and negative pole surface, were put forward. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of passivation treatment with insulating glue on the surface of negative pole to reduce leakage reaction.
