摘 要:分析技术创新产出重心迁移路径,寻求区域贡献及其技术创新产出变动的驱动因素,对落实中国创新驱动发展战略、推动区域创新发展具有重要意义。文章构建了技术创新产出重心测算模型及重心迁移的区域贡献模型,并构建了区域技术创新产出变动的驱动因素分解模型,分解为人员投入、经济基础、投入强度和经费产出效率四方面效应,同时对2001-2017年的专利授权数进行实际分析。结果表明:2001-2017年中国技术创新产出重心迁移可分为四个阶段,重心分别向东南、东北、西北和向南迁移;华南、华东地区技术创新产出快速增加是2001-2005年重心迁移的主要推力,华东、西北和华南地区技术创新产出快速增加则分别是2005-2012年、2012-2016年和2016-2017年的主要推力。结合各地区技术创新产出变动的驱动因素分析和各省的实际情况,提出了促进技术创新产出增加的对策。It is of great significance to analyze the migration path of the gravity centers of technological innovation output and to seek the regional contribution and the driving factors of technological innovation output,which can help implement China's innovation driven development strategy and promote regional innovation development.A model for measuring the gravity center of technological innovation output and a regional contribution model for the migration of the gravity center are constructed.A model for the decomposition of driving factors of regional technological innovation output is constructed,which include four effects,i.e.personnel input,economic base,input strength,and output efficiency.Meanwhile,the actual analysis of patent authorization number from 2001-2017 is carried out.The results show that the migration of gravity centers of China's technological innovation output from 2001-2017 can be divided into four stages,with the gravity center moving to the southeast,northeast,northwest and south respectively;the rapid increase in technological innovation output in south and east China is the main driving force of the gravity center migration in 2001-2005,while the rapid increase in technological innovation output in east,northwest and south China is the main driving force in 2005-2012,2012-2016 and 2016-2017,respectively.Based on the analysis of driving factors in each region and the actual situation of each province,the countermeasures are put forward to promote the increase of technological innovation output.
