中药治疗老年功能性便秘用药规律数据挖掘研究

摘　　要：目的采用数据挖掘手段分析中药治疗老年功能性便秘的用药规律,为临床治疗老年功能性便秘提供依据。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2018年10月中药治疗老年功能性便秘的文献,建立标准化医案,使用古今医案云平台V1.5.7处理数据,对有效方剂的药物性味归经、使用频次、常用药对、核心处方组合进行分析。结果共纳入240篇文献,含240个有效中药处方。使用频次较高的药物包括当归、白术、枳壳、黄芪、肉苁蓉、火麻仁等,使用频次≥45的中药多具有益气养血、行气活血、润肠通便等功效,使用频次较高的药物组合是白术-当归,药性多为温性、甘味。结论中药治疗老年功能性便秘当标本兼顾,治本宜益气养血,治标宜行气活血、润肠通便,补虚泻实。本研究可为临床治疗老年功能性便秘用药提供一定的依据。Objective To analyze the medication rules of TCM in the treatment of senile functional constipation based on data mining;To provide reference for the clinical medication of senile functional constipation.Methods Literature about TCM for the treatment of senile functional constipation was selected from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from the building to October 2018,and the data were analyzed by using Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records V1.5.7 for standardized medical records.The medicine-based taste and belonging meridians,frequency,common medicinal pair and core prescription combinations of effective prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 240 eligible articles and 240 effective TCM prescriptions were included.The medicines with high frequency were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Aurantii Fructus,Astragali Radix,Cistanches Herba and Cannabis Fructus.Chinese materia medica with the frequency of more than 45 times were with the efficacy of reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation,and relaxing bowel.The most frequently used medicinal combination was Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Angelica Sinensis Radix.The properties of medicines were mainly warm and sweet.Conclusion TCM for the treatment of senile functional constipation should be taken both symptoms and roots into account.The treatment for the roots should be reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,and the treatment for symptoms should be invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation and relaxing bowel.Both tonifying deficiency and relieving excess should be addressed.This study can provide some basis for the clinical medication of senile functional constipation.
