摘　　要：本文通过小建中汤治疗腹痛案、乌梅丸治疗腹泻案、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗呕吐案介绍经方治疗脾胃病的经验,使用经方首先抓主证,据"有是证,用是方",先抓主证而后立方,根据病情,灵活加减化裁,疗效显著。This article introduced the experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases through stomach pains treated by Xiaojianzhong Decoction, diarrhea by Wumei Pills, and vomiting by Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction. It argued that clinical use of prescriptions was first to grasp the main symptoms, first grasped the main symptoms and then decided the prescription according to "there is a symptom, there is a prescription", and finally according to the condition, addition and subtraction were used flexibly, with significant efficacy.
