摘　　要：本文介绍林季文老中医治疗儿童腺样体肥大经验。林老认为,肺脾气虚、痰热阻窍为儿童腺样体肥大的主要病机,临床表现以鼻塞、寐时打鼾、张口呼吸为主要特征,以实则泻之、虚则补之为治则,治法包括益气、健脾、宣肺、豁痰、清热、通窍等。This article introduced the experience of Lin Jiwen in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children. According to Lin Jiwen, the main pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy in children are lung-qi deficiency and phlegm-heat resistance, and clinical manifestations are nasal congestion, sleep snoring, and open mouth breathing. The principle of treatment is to reduce the excess and supplement the deficiency. The treatment methods include tonifying qi, strengthening spleen, promoting lung, relieving phlegm, clearing heat and promoting tract, etc.
