摘　　要：选择24只经粪检确诊为自然感染球虫的妊娠母羊为研究对象,探讨了地克珠利(Diclazuril)对泌乳母羊及其哺乳羔羊球虫病的防控效果。结果表明:供试羊在试验期间未见不良症状;在妊娠母羊产前1周和产后1周,分别按1 mg/kg的剂量经口喂服Diclazuril,每天1次,连用2 d,球虫卵囊转阴率、减少率与不给药对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),哺乳羔羊平均增重率与对照组相比增加显著(P<0.05);Diclazuril可有效防控苍白艾美尔球虫、小型艾美尔球虫和阿萨艾美尔球虫,且能保持较长时间的药效。Twenty-four perinatal ewes diagnosed as naturally infected coccidia by fecal examination were selected as the study objects. The effects of diclazuril in preventing and controlling coccidiosis of lactating ewes and lamb were discussed. The results showed that there were no adverse symptoms during the experiment;In the perinatal ewes one week before and one week after delivery, diclazuril was given at a dose of 1 mg/kg bw, once a day for 2 days, the negative conversion rate of coccidian oocyst, reduction rate of coccidian oocyst were highly significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01). The average weight gain rate of lactating lambs was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). Diclazuril can effectively prevent and control E. pallida, E. parva and E. ahsata, and can maintain long-term efficacy.
