品管圈对维生素D缺乏的成年人群生活行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究与观察品管圈对维生素D缺乏的成年人群生活行为的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院200例体检中维生素D缺乏成年人为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规干预,而观察组给予品管圈干预。比较两组干预前后的生活行为、相关知识认知度、维生素D情况及干预满意度。结果:干预前,两组生活行为、相关知识认知度及维生素D情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3、6个月后,观察组的生活行为、相关知识认知度及维生素D情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈对维生素D缺乏的成年人群生活行为的影响更为积极,有助于改善维生素D缺乏。Objective:To investigate and observe the influence of quality control circle for life behavior of adults with vitamin D deficiency.Method:From January 2017 to December 2018,200 adults with vitamin D deficiency in physical examination in our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given quality control circle intervention.Life behaviors,knowledge awareness,vitamin D status and intervention satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in life behavior,knowledge awareness and vitamin D between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention for 3 and 6 months,the living behavior,knowledge awareness and vitamin D of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of intervention in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of quality control circle for life behavior of adults with vitamin D deficiency is more active,so it is helpful for the improvement of vitamin D deficiency of these persons.
