冬令补肾阳膏方治疗阳虚证患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨冬令补肾阳膏方治疗阳虚证的临床效果,观察其安全性及有效性。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年1月赣南医学院第一附属医院门诊及黄金岭社区就诊并诊断为阳虚体质兼有肾阳虚证患者68例,按就诊顺序进行分组,对照组采用常规中药治疗,治疗组采用冬令补肾阳膏方治疗。1个月后对两组总有效率、干预前后症状分级量化评分进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.29%,显著高于对照组的55.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组干预后分级量化评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:冬季时节服用补肾的膏方以治肾为根本,协调阴阳,是行之有效的方法,取得了较好的疗效,膏方服用方便、有效,安全,患者易于接受,值得在临床大力推广。Objective:To observe the safety and effectiveness of Winter Herbal Paste of Tonifying Kidney Yang in the treatment of patients with Yang-deficiency syndrome.Method:From November 2018 to January 2019,68 patients with Yang-deficiency constitution and Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome treated in the outpatient Department of our hospital and Huangjinling community were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the registration order.The control group was treated with conventional traditional Chinese medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Winter Herbal Paste of Tonifying Kidney Yang.After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate and the quantitative score of symptom grading before and after intervention of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29%,which was significantly higher than 55.88%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the quantitative score of symptom grading between two groups after intervention(P<0.01).No adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Conclusion:In winter,take the Herbal Paste of Tonifying Kidney,it is based on the tonifying kidney,regulating Yin and Yang,it is an effective method and has achieved good curative effect,which is convenient,effective,safe,and easy for patients to accept,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
