美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合高压氧在溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合高压氧在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年2月本院收治的50例UC患者为研究对象,根据随机的原则分为对照组(美沙拉秦缓释颗粒组)和观察组(美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合高压氧治疗组),各25例。比较两组的临床疗效、复发率、并发症发生率、治疗前后的改良Mayo评分及血清TNF-α、IL-10、SOD水平。结果:观察组的临床疗效好于对照组,复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组改良Mayo评分及血清TNF-α、IL-10及SOD水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组改良Mayo评分显著优于对照组,血清TNF-α水平低于对照组,血清IL-10及SOD水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合高压氧治疗在UC患者中的应用效果较好,且安全性较高,对结肠黏膜的保护作用较好,因此应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of Mesalazine Sustained-release Granules combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Method:A total of 50 patients with UC from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(Mesalazine Sustained-Release Granules group)and the observation group(Mesalazine Sustainedrelease Granules combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group),25 cases in each group.Then the clinical effect,recurrence rates,complication rates,modified Mayo score and serum TNF-α,IL-10,SOD before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the recurrence rate and complications rate were lower than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The modified Mayo score and serum TNF-α,IL-10,SOD of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After the treatment,the modified Mayo score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the serum TNF-αwas lower than that of the control group,the IL-10 and SOD were higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Mesalazine Sustained-release Granules combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the patients with UC is better,and its safety is higher,the protection role for the colon mucosa is better,so its application value is higher.
