腧穴热敏化艾灸干预糖尿病脑卒中患者压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腧穴热敏化艾灸干预糖尿病脑卒中患者压疮的效果。方法:选取2016年9月-2018年8月于本院住院的80例糖尿病伴脑卒中压疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施腧穴热敏化艾灸,比较两组的干预效果、压疮愈合程度评分及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预1、2周后观察组压疮愈合程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预2周后观察组红细胞沉降率(ESR)和红细胞比容(HCT)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腧穴热敏化艾灸干预糖尿病脑卒中患者压疮效果显著,可以显著改善血液流变学指标,促进压疮创面愈合,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion on pressure ulcer in patients with diabetic stroke.Method:From September 2016 to August 2018,80 patients with diabetes and stroke with pressure ulcers admitted to our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was implemented acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The effect,pressure sore healing degree score and hemorheology index of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pressure ulcer healing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 1,2 weeks intervention(P<0.05).The HCT and ESR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion has a significant effect on pressure ulcer in patients with diabetic stroke.It can significantly improve hemorheology and promote healing of pressure ulcer wounds,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
