摘 要:为了解决ZK2268D直线振动筛空载检测数据不稳定、部分筛机振动幅值和筛箱横摆增大的现象,采用有限元法进行计算模态分析,采用幅值判别法对筛机固有频率进行测试,得出高阶共振是导致筛机测试不稳定的主要原因。参照固有频率测试的结果对计算模型进行修正,提高计算模型的精确度,并用修正后的计算模型对筛箱结构进行薄弱区域识别并优化。经测试发现,优化后的结构可有效避免共振并提高设备稳定性及延长使用寿命。In order to solve the problems that the no-load detection data of the ZK2268D linear vibrating screen is unstable,and part of the sieve vibration amplitude and the screen box yaw increase,the finite element method was used to conduct the computational modal analysis,and the amplitude discriminant method was applied to calculate the natural frequency of the screen.And it was found that the high-order resonance is the main reason for the instability of the screen test.The calculation model was modified with reference to the results of the natural frequency test to improve the accuracy,and the modified calculation model was then used to identify and optimize the weak area of the screen box structure.It has been found through testing that the optimized structure can effectively avoid resonance and improve equipment stability and extend service life.
