摘  要:为打破各风洞及动力设备系统之间的数据壁垒,实现风洞群状态的集中监测、运行的统一管理,开展了异源风洞数据采集及现场隔离控制技术研究,提出了一种基于“耦合层—数据层—监控层”三层架构的设计方案,融合了Profibus现场总线技术和TCP/IP网络技术,采用“隔离耦合+统一数据访问”的方式,建立了分布式风洞群运行状态集中监测平台。在保障风洞设备本身安全运行基础上,实现了多源异构数据的采集与处理,为风洞及动力设备运行状态信息的共享和数据的综合应用奠定了基础。In order to break down data barriers of the wind tunnel and power equipment system,and realize the centralized monitoring of the wind tunnel group state and the unified management of the wind tunnel group operation,the data collection and field isolation control technology of heterogeneous wind tunnel are studied,and a three-layer architecture based on“coupling layer-data layer-monitoring layer”is proposed,which combines Profibus fieldbus technology and TCP/IP network technology,and a distributed centralized monitoring platform for the wind tunnel group operation is established by means of isolation coupling and uniform data access.On the basis of ensuring the safe operation of the wind tunnel equipment itself,the collection and processing of multi-source heterogeneous data is achieved,which lays a foundation for the sharing of the running state information of wind tunnel and power equipment and the comprehensive application of data.
