摘  要:在航天强国战略和机动测控的实战背景下,对航天测控指挥自动化流程的研究显得尤为迫切。着眼提升航天测控任务指挥效率,基于操作实践建立涵盖发生时刻、故障等级、影响范围等字段组成的故障处理元数据,并通过梳理和预想构建故障知识库,实现对任务指挥和执行过程中故障模式的自动化控制;基于故障模式和处置预案建立中心级、次级、设备级三级组织指挥模式,构建故障管理权限域并采用“数据结构+算法”思维形成故障判决处理方法。实践表明,该方法能够提高故障模式下自动化指挥决策水平和信息利用效能。Under the background of the aerospace power strategy and maneuvering measurement and control,the research on the automation process of aerospace measurement and control command is particularly urgent.Focusing on improving the command efficiency of aerospace measurement and control tasks,based on operational practices,the fault processing metadata consisting of fields such as occurrence time,fault level,and scope of influence is established,and the fault knowledge base is constructed by combing and envisioning to realize the automatic control of the fault mode during task command and execution.Based on the failure mode and the disposal plan,a three-level organizational command mode of central,secondary and equipment level is established,and the fault management authority domain is constructed and the“data structure+algorithm”thinking is used to form a fault decision processing method.Practice shows that this method can improve the level of automated command decision-making and information utilization efficiency under failure mode.
