蒙脱石散联合穴位贴敷（神阙加水道穴）治疗小儿腹泻病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析蒙脱石散联合穴位贴敷(神阙加水道穴)治疗小儿腹泻病的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年10月本院中医儿科收治的腹泻病患儿78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组给予蒙脱石散联合穴位贴敷(神阙加水道穴)治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前后每日大便次数、中医症状评分,临床症状缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿临床疗效总有效率为92.31%,较对照组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组患儿每日大便次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿每日大便次数均显著下降,且治疗后观察组患儿大便次数较对照组显著减少(P<0.05),两组患儿治疗前中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿腹痛、呕吐、食欲缺乏、神疲懒言症状评分均显著下降,且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05),观察组症状缓解时间较对照组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合穴位贴敷(神阙加水道穴)治疗小儿腹泻病可显著提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,维持肠道内环境稳态,建议在临床上推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of montmorillonite powder plus acupoint application on diarrhea in children.Methods:78 children were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was only treated with montmorillonite powder.The observation group was given acupoint application more.Results:The total efficiency was 92.31%in the observation group,was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The number of stools per day was decreased significantly in both groups after treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Symptoms scores of abdominal pain,vomiting,loss of appetite and distressed in two groups were significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were more decreased(P<0.05).Relief time was shorter in the observation than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montmorillonite powder plus acupoint application was effective,by improving clinical symptoms and maintaining intestinal homeostasis,and is worthy of promotion.
