针灸推拿联合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨针灸推拿联合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:资料源于我院接受治疗的94例神经根性颈椎病患者,病例选取时段为2015年1月-2016年12月,依据患者所采取治疗计划的差异性对94例患者进行分组,行常规康复治疗者47例归为对照组,另外47例患者纳入观察组,采取针灸推拿联合康复治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组采取针灸推拿联合康复治疗,观察组的有效率为92.5%,对照组的有效率为80.0%,疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对于神经根型颈椎病患者,采取针灸推拿联合康复治疗,效果显著,安全性较高,值得在临床应用。Objective:To investigate efficacy of acupuncture and massage plus rehabilitation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:94 cases were divided into two groups,47 cases in each.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment;and the observation group was given acupuncture and massage plus rehabilitation.Results:The total efficiency was 92.5%in the observation group,higher than 80.0%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage plus rehabilitation on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows good effects,and is worthy of promotion.
