摘　　要：对铁路数据通信业务软性故障原因进行分析,针对设备运行环境、通信线路、组网方式等故障原因提出改进措施及建议,达到减少铁路数据通信业务产生软性故障的目的。This paper analyzes the reasons of the soft fault of railway data communication service, and puts forward improvement measures and suggestions for the reasons of faults such as equipment operation environment, communication line and communication network mode, so as to reduce the soft faults of railway data communication service.
