政策效果审计在我国的完善与应用研究

摘　　要：国家治理要想精准有效,离不开各类公共问题的准确识别和相应公共政策的及时制定与有效执行。由此可见,保证公共政策执行的效率效果,对于促进国家长治久安,保障人民生活水平的不断提高,实现中华民族伟大复兴的目标具有重要的现实意义。因此,本文认为如何促进政策效果审计在我国公共政策落实领域的积极作用,有很强的研究价值。故本文结合现有学者的研究成果,分析政策效果审计作用和完善的路径,希望能对我国政策效果审计的研究做出一点浅薄的贡献。In order to be accurate and effective,national governance is inseparable from the accurate identification of various public issues and the timely formulation and effective implementation of corresponding public policies.From this we can see that ensuring the efficiency effect of public policy implementation has important practical significance for promoting the long-term stability of the country,ensuring the continuous improvement of people's living standards and realizing the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,this paper believes that how to promote the positive effect of policy effect auditing in the field of public policy implementation in China has a strong research value.Therefore,this paper combines the research results of existing scholars,analyzes the role of auditing of policy effects and the path of improvement,hoping to make a slight contribution to the study of policy effectiveness audit in China.
